If you can get blood work to see where you’re at for E2.
To reduce E2 I would go lightly with 0.5mg of Arimidex E3D (every 3 days).

Frequency is the “solution” to a lot of issues gears related.
The more often you pin at lower dosage (keeping the same weekly total dosage) will help you to avoid a lot of potential issues. Pinning less often fluctuate more your plasma level leading to more side effects (increase of E2, Prolactine, acne,…).

I pin long esthers every two days, and fast acting Esthers on a daily basis. Ok on a paper, it can be “scary” to inject everyday, if you know how to inject and rotate with many muscles it’s manageable, but Gosh since I started doing that I’ve got way less sides effect.
I barely takes AI during my cycles.
