    Golfers Elbow (Inside elbow pain)

    Hi all,

    I have dealt with this for years but it went away when I stopped lifting years ago and took up boxing.

    Now that I am lifting heavy again for growth, it has come back.

    Does anyone have experience of dealing with this annoying pain?

    I have a strap that helps when lifting, the grip trainers, as it must be a weakness in the forearm, wrist or tendon. I also think DECA helps too, but other than that any tips?

    I'm running Deca now, but not HGH yet as have never done it before, will be building upto it at some point.

    Ended up getting a therapy bar (rubber) that you can do wrist exercised with, like tyler curls \ reverse tyler curls etc.

    Gotta be careful I dont over use it though as I hardly ever have a day off properly!

    Lifting to much weight
    Cut back focus on form


    Low rest period 45 seconds
    Higher rep

    Thanks Darren, I think I went back into it too quick, and have already reduced the weight on certain exercises. Feels strange starting again, I want to achieve what I had before fast but nature only allows so much!
