Hi all,
I have dealt with this for years but it went away when I stopped lifting years ago and took up boxing.
Now that I am lifting heavy again for growth, it has come back.
Does anyone have experience of dealing with this annoying pain?
I have a strap that helps when lifting, the grip trainers, as it must be a weakness in the forearm, wrist or tendon. I also think DECA helps too, but other than that any tips?
