Hello gents,

Could you please advise me on HGH protocol? I’m currently running 250 mg of Test E per week and I’m going to add HGH. I’ve spent a lot of time reading through the forum, but the more I read, the more confused I got.

I’m planning to run 3-4 IU per day, but I’m not sure about the best way to take it.
My main questions are:

When should HGH be injected?
First thing in the morning? Before bed? Pre-training? Post-training? I’ve seen all of these recommended.

How often should it be injected?
Should it be 5 days on, 2 days off, or every single day? Again, I’ve seen both approaches mentioned here.

I’d really appreciate some guidance from those with experience.

Hi buddy.

What’s your current goal? Bulking ? Cutting? Maintenance ?

For cutting I’ll go 4-5iu following Darren’s protocol.
Or even split in 3 injection (adding one injection first thing in the morning).

For bulking I would go either 4-5iu post workout, either 4-5iu pre bed. I would say it would depend on your lifestyle, training timing ect…

Hi, I really appreciate your advice.
My main goal is cutting and I have a lot to cut Currently on 23%bf.
Sicnce I started the cycle on test I gained a lot of muscles while loosing fat at the same time.
I'm training 5 days a week + fastened cardio 5 days.
I'm also running HCG 500IU twice a week and 1ml Xtreme Lean before cardio

Haven't ran GH in years ( I should seen as I'm getting on) but when I did, anything under 5/6ius id pin before bed

Under 5ius you don’t really need to take days off tbh.
Over 5ius I personally take HGH on training days only

Partially agree with that, but that’s not wrong, I think it’s individual, and also it would depend on the quality of your HGH.

The advantage of pinning before bedtime only, you don’t have to worry about insuline sensitivity which is a great thing
