BPC-157 cleared up my rotator cuff in 6 weeks, anyone stacking it with TB-500 for faster repair?

Ran BPC-157 alone at 500mcg twice daily after a partial rotator cuff tear. Six weeks in the pain was significantly reduced and shoulder function came back well ahead of my physio timeline. Would stacking TB-500 alongside it have gotten me there faster, or does the combination not add meaningfully over BPC-157 alone? Also curious about dosing protocols - local injection vs systemic for a shoulder injury specifically.

Ran BPC-157 and TB-500 together after a bicep tendon issue. 500mcg BPC twice daily local injection plus TB-500 2mg twice weekly systemic for the first 4 weeks then 2mg once weekly. Recovery was genuinely ahead of what my physio projected. Hard to know exactly what each was contributing but the combination worked well enough that I would run both again for any tendon injury.

The local vs systemic question for BPC is worth spending time on. For accessible injuries shoulder, elbow, knee local injection near the site is more efficient in my experience. For deeper structures like spinal areas systemic subQ works well enough - inject in the general surrounding area. Ran 500mcg twice daily BPC for 10 weeks on a knee issue and the result was solid. Having it on hand permanently makes sense if you train heavy.

BPC-157 is one peptide I would not be without at this point in my training career. 25 years of heavy lifting means something is always slightly damaged. 250-500mcg twice daily for 6 weeks has cleared up issues I thought were permanent. Post-surgery use is where it really shines - I ran 1mg daily for 8 weeks after shoulder reconstruction and was well ahead of my surgeon's timeline by week 10.

This is really useful. I have had a nagging elbow issue for 4 months that physio is not fixing. Going to try BPC-157 at 250mcg twice daily for 6-8 weeks based on what I have read here. Will try local injection near the elbow as suggested. Any advice on what to expect timeline-wise for a tendon issue in that area?
