BPC-157 fixed my shoulder in 6 weeks, now running it for a lower back issue alongside TB-500

500mcg BPC-157 twice daily local injection near the shoulder, rotator cuff sorted in 6 weeks. Now carrying a lower back strain and adding TB-500 2mg twice weekly for the first month. Running both together this time rather than BPC alone. Anyone have experience stacking these for a hard-to-reach injury like the lumbar region? Wondering if TB-500 adds anything meaningful on top of BPC for deep tissue issues where local injection isn't really possible.

TB-500 promotes cell migration and proliferation in damaged tissue via thymosin beta-4 mechanism - different from BPC-157's tendon and gut healing pathway. For deep tissue injuries like lumbar where local injection isn't practical, systemic subcutaneous injection still works well for both compounds. TB-500 2mg twice weekly for 4 weeks loading, then 2mg weekly maintenance alongside BPC-157 250-500mcg twice daily. The combination covers complementary mechanisms and has good community support for hard-to-reach injury sites.

Used both stacked for a knee injury last year - medial collateral ligament strain. BPC-157 500mcg twice daily plus TB-500 2mg twice weekly for the first month, then BPC alone for 4 more weeks. Recovery was ahead of what the physio expected. Can't say definitively it was the stack versus just time but I'll run both again for any serious soft tissue issue. The systemic subQ injection for the TB-500 is simple and easy to fit into a regular rotation.

BPC-157 solo sorted my elbow tendons in about 8 weeks at 250mcg twice daily. Adding TB-500 for the lower back makes sense - the systemic route is the practical option for spinal injuries. The community consensus on having BPC on hand if you train seriously is right. It's not a luxury item anymore, it's basic injury management for anyone pinning regularly and training hard.
