Ran CJC no-DAC at 100mcg plus Ipamorelin 100mcg twice daily fasted for six months, off-season recovery stack. Sleep quality improved noticeably within 3 weeks. Joint recovery between sessions is real and measurable. IGF-1 went from 142 ng/ml to 171 ng/ml over the period. What it is NOT: a substitute for real GH on prep. Fat loss is minimal at this dose and protocol. If you want serious body composition changes you need exogenous GH. But for the off-season health and recovery angle at a fraction of the cost, I'll keep running it.

The distinction between CJC no-DAC and CJC with DAC is worth understanding. No-DAC gives a clean GH pulse matching natural pulsatility - it clears in 30 minutes and the pulse magnitude is meaningful. DAC version creates a continuous low-level GH elevation for days which blunts the pulsatile pattern that is physiologically normal. For recovery and sleep the no-DAC pulse approach is preferred. For body composition real GH is a different class entirely - the pulse from CJC/Ipa is weaker and less consistent than exogenous GH at any therapeutic dose.

The IGF-1 improvement you saw matches what I got on a similar protocol - went from 138 to 168 ng/ml over 5 months. Sleep quality was noticeably better within 3 weeks. The budget case is real - running this costs maybe 15-20% of what real GH would cost for similar recovery benefits. For prep I'd still switch to real GH but for off-season health maintenance CJC/Ipa does a solid job at the price point.

I use CJC no-DAC plus Ipamorelin specifically during off-season phases when I am not running real GH. The sleep improvement is the primary benefit I value - recovery between sessions is noticeably better. For the dosing maths on combination vials I use an online peptide calculator rather than working it out manually, reduces the error risk. Food blunts the GH pulse significantly so timing the injection fasted is not optional if you want the full effect.
