DSIP for trensomnia at 175mg ace, 200mcg before bed - is this actually working or just wishful thinking?

Running 175mg tren ace per week and the sleep disruption was becoming a real problem. Started DSIP at 100mcg per day, increased to 200mcg after two weeks. The key thing I had to understand first is that DSIP is not a sedative. It does not make you feel sleepy immediately. What it does is normalise circadian function over weeks. By week three I was getting one uninterrupted block of sleep instead of waking at 3am. Who else has experience with this compound at these doses?

Tren insomnia at 175mg is manageable with DSIP and a beta blocker combination. DSIP alone at 200mcg got me about 60% of what I needed. Adding propranolol at bedtime got me the full uninterrupted sleep block consistently.

Beta blockers were the first thing that gave me partial relief from tren sleep disruption. DSIP added on top is something I am adding this blast after reading this thread. The combination approach makes more sense than either alone.

DSIP mechanism is not sedative. It is regulatory. This distinction is why most people report no effect - they expect to feel sleepy and do not, so they conclude it failed. The circadian normalisation happens over weeks, not on the first night.

DSIP pharmacology is well documented. The stress modulation mechanism through GABAergic and serotonergic pathways is consistent with the clinical literature. Most reported failures are due to incorrect expectations about mechanism and timeline.

Running 150mg tren ace alongside DSIP at 150mcg for 6 weeks. The circadian normalisation happened gradually over weeks 2-4. The 3am wakeup pattern that is specific to tren disruption was essentially gone by week 5.
