How to redeem points

Hi Guys, I contacted website before and I got no reply. My question: I have 32 points, trying to place an order today.How do i redeem the points, please?

Hey mate, the points field is on the checkout page when you place the order, you should see it there to apply your balance. If emails aren't getting through that's odd, i'll flag it to staff for you.

I've tried but the only way is to add coupon code but the option to redeem points is not coming up.

You don't apply them as a coupon mate, the points field is on the checkout page itself, separate box from the coupon one. If nothing is appearing there, check your balance is high enough to redeem, there's usually a minimum threshold.

When you add a coupon code then the points disappears. You cannot enter both. You pick the points first and then the coupon code disappears.

There is a switch here...You must click it.
