Just wrapped a 3 week run of superdrol at 20mg and the strength and pumps were honestly unreal, put about 6kg on the bar in the first fortnight and the fullness in the gym was something else. Problem is I got bloods done the day after I finished and my AST and ALT came back at over 3 times the top of the range, and I was running tudca the whole way through. I knew SD was harsh but I did not expect numbers that bad with liver support on board the entire time. Anyone else had their liver values go this brutal on a short SD run, and how long did it take yours to come back to baseline? Starting to wonder if 3 weeks was already pushing it for this compound.

The back pumps are the part most people don't prepare for. Taurine at 5-10g peri workout helps but on a proper SD run at 20mg they can still get bad enough to cut a session short. The strength is real though - the CNS drive from SD is different to most orals, it's not just water and glycogen, you can feel it in the first session. Keep TUDCA running the whole time and get bloods 2 weeks after you stop. Most guys see values returning in 4 to 6 weeks but it varies. The 3 week cap is there for a reason.

TUDCA at 500mg daily throughout the run is the standard here and it does help, but it reduces the stress rather than removing it. Keeping any superdrol run to 3 weeks maximum and pulling a liver panel 2 weeks after stopping is the responsible approach. AST and ALT typically return to baseline within 4 to 6 weeks.

Thats SD doing exactly what SD does, its methyldrostanolone and the most hepatotoxic of the common orals by a mile. 3 weeks is right at the edge even with support running. What were you taking for liver, TUDCA at 500 a day plus NAC at 1200 is the standard and it blunts the stress but it never stops it fully. Good news is the values almost always come back to baseline 4 to 6 weeks after you stop, pull another panel then and youll likely see it normalise. Just dont rush back into another oral run before it does.

Few times I ran Sdrol, liver was well protected:
-NAC
-TUDCA
-Desmodium
Values were a bit above the range, but nothing crazy

But in any case, never lasted more than 2-3 weeks max, I felt like shit, completely messed up my digestive system like no other stuff.
It’s probably one of the rare molecules I cannot tolerate

Same here with sdrol, it is one of the harshest orals going. If your ALT and AST came back brutal at only 3 weeks that is the molecule telling you to pull it, anything past 3x the top of the range and the oral comes out. NAC and TUDCA help but they do not make sdrol safe, they just blunt the damage a bit. For those dry pumps you are better off keeping the dose lower and the run to 2 weeks max, and pull bloods mid run so you are not flying blind.
