EU and UK parcels to the US changed completely last August, how are you handling orders now?

Been nearly a year now since the de minimis exemption got pulled and Royal Mail and the rest stopped sending parcels over here. My UK warehouse orders all route through the remailer now and it adds a couple of weeks but they still land, so no real complaints on that front. What I want to know is how the rest of you US lads are actually handling it day to day. Have you shifted everything across to the domestic warehouse or are you still ordering UK gear for the compounds that are not stocked here yet? Curious where everyone landed after a year of this.

Been on the domestic warehouse since this whole thing kicked off last August and it has been the easy button, USPS flat rate, no customs to sweat, ships out once a week so you just plan around that. The UK warehouse stuff does still arrive but the remailer adds a good 2 to 3 weeks and the timeline is less predictable than the old direct EU shipping was. Tabs handle the extra handling fine, it is the injectables from the UK side that are more of a gamble now. For anything in the domestic range I would just order it there and keep UK as a backup for compounds you cannot get at home.

Can confirm the US domestic warehouse is running fine and unaffected by all this, USPS flat rate and no customs headaches. UK and EU into the US still routes through the remailer so add a couple of weeks on those. We're keeping domestic stocked as best we can given the raw situation upstream. Appreciate everyone's patience.

Just to confirm what is being said here, the USA domestic warehouse is unaffected by the postal changes and remains the most reliable option for US members, it ships once per week. UK and EU orders into the States do route through a remailer now which adds a couple of weeks, parcels are still arriving but the timeline is less predictable than direct shipping was. If anyone has a specific order they are worried about, email support at med-tech.email rather than chasing it here, we cannot go into order details on the forum.

Been almost a year of this now and I basically gave up on the UK warehouse for anything I can get domestic. The remailer route still gets through but you're looking at an extra 2 to 3 weeks and the timing is all over the place, no way to plan around it the way you could with the old direct EU shipping. Domestic USPS at 20 bucks flat and no customs headache is just easier, ships out once a week and lands quick. Only time I still order UK now is for compounds the domestic range doesn't carry yet, and even then I order well ahead of when I actually need it.

Been on the domestic warehouse since not long after the suspension hit and honestly its been the easy fix, usps flat rate and no customs to sweat. The UK orders still land for me but its an extra 2 to 3 weeks through the remailer now so I only use it for the stuff thats not in the domestic range. Orals come through the remail fine, its the injectables where the longer handling is more of a pain. Only real downside is the domestic range is still a bit thin because the same raw shortage out of china is hitting it too, so its not a full replacement just yet.
