Adrol or dbol to kickstart this bulk, which one bloated you less and held the strength after?

Kicking off a test and deca bulk in a couple of weeks and I cant make my mind up on the kickstart. Im torn between anadrol and dbol for the first 4 to 6 weeks while the injectables build up. Ive run dbol years back and liked the fullness it gave, but I keep hearing adrol piles strength on faster. My main worry is the bloat and what actually stays once the oral comes out, last thing I want is to balloon up and then watch half of it drop off when I stop. For those whove run both, which one held the strength better after and which bloated you less? Leaning dbol at 40mg split AM and PM but happy to be talked into adrol if its worth it.

I have run both as a kickstart and dbol is the one I keep coming back to. 40mg split AM and PM gives a fuller rounder look and the strength climbs steady, adrol piles it on faster but the water masks everything and a load of it walks back out the door when you drop it. Neither is a keeper so judge it by the bar going up not the scale. Have your AI dialled before you start, dbol especially aromatises hard and puffy nips on a kickstart is nearly always e2 not the dbol itself, do not crash your estro chasing it.

Never the liked the whole "kick start" method - it's simply water and glycogen which will be the first thing to vanish when you drop calories

Up the injectables (add NPP seen as your on nandrolone)

Both will hold some water, but dbol tends to be the more manageable of the two for most people. Adrol hits harder on strength and size but the bloat and the appetite drop can be rough. Keep your e2 in check and watch the sodium and dbol at a sensible dose is the easier kickstart to run.

I've kickstarted with both and these days I'd take the dbol every time for a test deca bulk. Adrol piles strength on stupid fast but it bloated me to hell, killed my appetite and had me getting filthy headaches by week 3, and most of what it gave me dropped straight back off when I pulled it. Dbol at 40mg split morning and night gave me a fuller rounder look and the strength climbed steady and held a bit better after. Either way judge it by the bar going up not the scale, the early jump is mostly water and glycogen on both. Run tudca 500mg a day, keep it to 5 weeks and have your adex ready because dbol aromatises hard, puffy nips on a kickstart is nearly always e2 not the dbol itself so don't go crashing it chasing the bloat.

Dbol every time for a kickstart. Less bloat than adrol and the strength holds better when you come off it onto your base. Adrol moves the scale faster but a lot of that is water you wont keep.

ran both as kickstarters over the years and id go dbol for this one. adrol piles strength on faster but the bloat is brutal and most of it walks straight out the door when you drop it, dbol gives you a fuller look and a steadier climb that feels more real. either way judge it by the bar going up not the scale, the first few weeks is mostly water and glycogen on both. keep it to 4 to 6 weeks, run tudca and get a liver panel done, and have your ai sorted because puffy nips on a dbol run is almost always e2 not the dbol. just dont crash your e2 chasing it.
