i will update with some good photos in about 2 weeks i think , so i really have something good to show you! in the meantime i will just post details if i change my diet or change something in the regimen , there are other guys who maybe are going to compete in the future i want this thread to be something to learn from!

As mentioned in my first post i have been off for some time and im regaining at a good rate volume and strenght and dropping bf nicely! I will stay at a good 8% i suppose in 2 weeks!
