I'm taking 50mg of avavar with mine. I cut the pill in half take 25mg in the morning and 25 mg in the evening. It was also suggested to me that I could take TBOL instead of the anavar. After 7 weeks I'm down 27lbs with this combo. Add the oral ASAP for maximum effect. I like the anavar because it is less toxic and has little side effects and weight loss from it is said to be permanent. Believe I read that somewhere.
