Ok so I'm planning my blast for when I get back from holidays (4th of April). The below is the "balls to the walls" plan, I am currently mulling over toning it down a little, I would appreciate feedback. I plan on training Monday-Friday in both the AM (before work) and PM (after work) with a weekend workout here and there when I'm bored and don't have anything else to do.
I am planning to keep my food relatively clean and would be aiming for 200p, 600c and 50f when on slin and 200p, 400c, 100f when off slin.
My thoughts:
Maybe drop the lantus and keep it for a subsequent blast.
Test suspension in 1 shot instead of splitting it because I hate pinning.
