I made him a solid protocol, he started training again 5 weeks after surgery, which I didn’t recommended him to train again that early, but he is a bit crazy lol
His doctor couldn’t believe how he recovered so quickly, apparently he was like “I have never seen that in my entire carrier” 😂😂😂
