Anyone had any experience with this? I have got hold of some as I heard it's a good appetite suppressant, any experiences welcome.

Well,, it is good for making you not hungry and giving energy but the list of side effects are severe

I'd vouch it being very unhealthy to put into your body

Why not use ephedrine?

I use an Eca stack. I wasn't aware there was a buzz off subutramine, so wanted to use it to use it now and again to suppress appetite

Honestly ECA is very strong.

I am on ECA and I eat 1400 kcal a day some days right now and feel totally stuffed.

I have never used Sib mind

I have used Subutramine... imho it's a fail drug...

You will loose appetite but not like on high Clen or ECA, you will be something like not interested on food... but as soon as you touch it you will binge.

So maybe for OBESE UNDISCIPLINED people it works, but for a gymrat is like water.... better to stay on ECA or CLEN.

About CLEN, i don't have that big appetite suppression....

Something that worked for me was:

Hunger occurs via several Physiological pathways and is largely subjective across all studied subjects. This blend of fibers addresses the physical response from the stomach as well as modulating the insulin/glucose response to a meal, thus reducing the feeling of hunger.

Hunger Suppression Blend:
- 1/2 tbsp Apple Pectin Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Guar Gum Powder

Consume the above with 3-500ml water either prior to meals to reduce hunger and subsequent caloric intake or in conjunction with food to reduce the insulin response and extend the satiety effect of feeding.

Products:
Examples only. I've posted Amazon links simply so fellas can find the items, there are cheaper/larger packs available elsewhere depending on your location.

BE CAREFUL OF PSYLLIUM HUSK
I just lost frickin 6 weeks of my life to that stuff and nearly had to get operated on for a bezoar

Flat out DANGEROUS when used improperly!!

Solidifies like concrete in your bowel if you go and screw it up. Horrible.

Use it sparingly and drink LOTS of water with it otherwise you'll wind up messed up trust me on this one okay.

My body is currently a wreck because of it

It's a great tool for prep but should be used in the last few weeks I feel.
