Hi everyone
So I've been training for almost 20yrs now but sadly gave up 2yrs ago due to a new baby and house, renovation just took it out of me.
So with the baby being 2 and the house complete I look like shit!
I'm going back to training(weights) on Monday and really need to get back to size as everyone comments on how TINY I am(twats)!
Any advice would be welcome on what to take, cycles, etc.

i recommend, starting small and low, uve been off a good 2 years, your body and receptors have reset so u'll grow quick. first id get about 4 weeks back in the gym and routine i.e. diet etc. and then add id in just test around 500mg would be perfect. and then tren and then mast if your cutting..if not cutting and wnating to grow. do deca dbol route, but no need to add all in at once.. start adding as u see progress stop.
