Hello everyone,

i thought about doing a log for quite some time now. I talked to Godzilla about tracking my progress with the MTS product line. I am very confident with the product quality and also the team behind it. They do nearly everything to please their customers. Thats why i want to give a little bit back because today it is hard to find a quality source.

I will post some pics from my starting point and also a recent one pretty soon.

Background:
I started training at the end of 2014. I had no idea what i was doing so i just tried to lift as heavy as possible. My diet was shit at the time with alot of partys and drinks. I was really weak and wasn't able to improve any of my lifts. I wasn't even able to bench the bar for more than 2 reps. I began to read alot and finally cleaned up my diet and also stopped drinking but i still couldn't improve. My gf convinced me to go to a doc and get my bloods checked. It showed that i had really low test levels for my age (25 at the time). I was put on TRT at the end of 2015 and then my journey began. I really wanted to change my body because i was fat my whole life and couldn't even move properly anymore.
My first shot was Test-C from MTS and the qualitiy spoke for itself. I was hooked and used alot of their products since then.

Stats:
Age: 27
Height: 196cm
Current weight: 97.6kg

Training split:
My training is pretty basic. One bodypart once a week with the exception of legs. Sometimes i also train chest or back twice when i find the time. I also add two 20 mins cardio sessions post workout.
I will go into detail about my split if anybody is interested.

Diet:
My meal plan is also basic and kind of oldschool (i like oldschool).

Meal 1:
Oats
Whey or egg whites
Banana

Meal 2&3:
Chicken or turkey or tuna
Rice
Mixed vegetables

Meal 4:
Chicken or turkey or tuna
Sweet potatoes
Mixed vegetables

Meal 5 (post-workout):
Whey
Peanut butter
Banana
Bagel

Meal 6:
Weight gainer shake (self made)

Meal 7:
Greek yoghurt or lean beef
Mixed vegetables
Almonds or cashews

Gear:
This is my first real bulking cycle. I never ran test over 500mg before.
Stack started: 13.03.2017

750mg Test-E EW
400mg Deca EW
45mg Dbol Pre-workout
5IU GH (generics for now)

Supplementation:

Multi Vit (until i run out)
Vit-D
Vit-K2
Fish oil
Zinc
Pre-workout as needed


Meds:
Cialis
Baby Aspirin
Nolva or Asin

Goal:
My only goal is to step on stage and perform my best because i am a very competitive person and i also like the suffering of a diet. I dont lift for girl or for instagram. I know that the road ahead is not easy but i always worked hard to achieve my goals.

20.03.2017 Leg day

Today i trained legs with a good friend of mine. She is also an aspiring competitor and will step on stage this year for the first time.

Squats: Pyramid sets to failure (wanted to test my 1 RM)
Hack squats: 4x 8 followed by a drop set
Leg extensions: 4x 10-15
Standing calv raises: 4x 10-15

We went to one of the best gyms which is motivating as fuck.
My friend snapped two pics while i was training. Normally i train alone so it is hard to get training pics.

21.03.2017 Chest day

Gym was really crowded so i struggled to find a bench...

Flat bench press: 5x reverse pyramid
Incline bench press: 5x reverse pyramid
Decline bench press: 5x reverse pyramid
High cable flys: 3x 20
Low cable flys: 3x 20

My coach upped my cals again with another weight gainer shake. My stomach has to get used to the new amount of food. Thats why i felt a little bit bloated but it went aways at night.

I put another order in with MTS to get the benefits of the 25% off coupon. Cant wait for my new products. Will review when i receive them.

22.03.2017 Back day

Test and Deca start to kick in because my lifts are going up pretty fast. I also changed my meal timing to give my body more time to digest everything better.

DB row: 5x reverse pyramid
Lat pulldown: 5x reverse pyramid
Cable rows: 5x reverse pyramid

I skipped deads and did another exercise for my lower back.

Hey man! I'm in! Any competition plans soon? Or just bulking the rest of the year and get on stage in 2018? Didn't know mts had t-shirts, pretty cool!

I will continue to bulk in 2017 and see where i stand at the end of the year. I never had a good "offseason" because i always tried to cut down as low as possible and gained alot of unwanted weight right after i was done cutting. Thats why i got a coach to gain knowledge from.
When i think that i am ready i will compete in April or September of 2018.

Yeah, the shirts where on sale a couple years back and i was luck to get the blue and orange one.

23.03.2017 Shoulder day

Today was nothing special, food went down better than the last couple days because i ate my breakfast an hour earlier than normal.

Military press: 5 sets
Side raises: 5 sets
Front raises: 5 sets
Shrugs: 3 sets
Face pulls: 3 sets

24.03.2017 Arm day

Today i tried two scoops "Full as fuck" for my arm day. The pumps were out of this world combined with MTS DBOL :cool:.

Single arm db curls: 4 sets
Hammer curls: 4 sets
Sz curls: 4 sets
Cable curls: drop set
Skull crushers: 4 sets
Seated db overhead extensions: 4 sets
Cable pulldown: 4 sets
Cable pulldown: drop set

I had a nice cheat meal on friday. First i got myself a pizza followed by greek frozen yoghurt with almonds and white nougat. After that i fell into a carb coma and slept for 12 hours. It was really refreshing.

This is my typical last meal of the day. I rotate my vegetables every so often. It is tasty and fills me up for the night.

Had the craziest back pumps after my back day. Couldnt even walk normal.
MTS dbol + 10g citrullin are a very nice combo for arm or chest day but not for back day.

I had anniversary dinner with my lady yesterday. She made epic food porn for us followed by a chocolate filled brownie.

After checking in with my coach he added 1 tbsp of olive oil to my meat meals (2, 3, 4) to increase the fats a little bit.

Nothing too fancy to report during my bulk. I took easter sunday off from my plan and ate whatever i wanted because i visited my parents.
There was alot of tasty ham involved. Weight didn't change much at all and it was a nice mental break.

Had a short back/tri session yesterday because there was a fire and we had to be evacuated.
It was really fun to wait outside until the firemen arrived because it was snowing and we weren't allowed to change our clothes.

Everything went well the last week. Weight is going up slow but constant. Form is still pretty good for the amount of food i have to eat every day.

I changed my breakfast to a shake meal because the amount of food was too much on some days. I just mix everything together in a blender and i tastes the same but digests faster.

The weekly cheat meal was a pizza with double dough on the bottom. It tastes amazing but nothing compared to a big pint of Ben and Jerrys.

I'm gonna watch Guardians of the Galaxy 2 tonight with my lady and will get a burger or some sushi before that.

I attended the IFBB Austria newcomers competition this weekend. As expected there were over 15 physique competitors and only 2 bodybuilders over 80!! kg.
It motivated me even more to give 100% to win my first step on stage. The bikini class on the other hand was really strong and nice to look at.
The newly introduced wellness bikini class was just a joke. You can take every girl and just let her step on stage.

I changed my training split so that i hit every bodypart twice a week. I think that i waste alot of energy when i only hit every part once a week.

Monday & Thursday: Chest/Bi
Tuesday & Friday: Back/Tri
Wednesday&Saturday: Legs/Shoulders

Today i just didn't feel right. I was very sleepy the whole day and wasn't able to motivate myself to get shit done at work. I think that the increase in temperature caused it because i am really sensitive to warm weather.
Nevertheless i went for my shoulder/legs workout anyway and it was a GREAT session. In the beginning everything felt heavy but it got better.
After my workout i went shopping with my girl and treated myself to a double bbq cheeseburger with mexican steak fries. I was also really happy to finally find shorts that fit my quads.

My oral break is soon done. My first bulking oral wat dbol but i want to try something else for my next run. What do you recommend for pure tissue gain?
