Hey guys!

I decided to do my second competition this october! It'll be the atlas cup (netherlands).
I'm still competing in the junior class and finding my way to the top!

Current stats:
20yr
173cm
102kg

Current cycle:
Test 600mg ew
Equipoise 750mg ew
Trenbolone acetate 100mg eod
Arimidex 1mg eod
Anadrol 25mg ed

Ofcourse I'm using mts! Best gear I've ever tried!
I'm really happy with the equi-max and test400, it saves a lot of ml's!

This cycle is really doing it's job!
Unfortunatly a little bit of gyno is popping op, so I'm thinking about switching to parabolan or getting some proviron, what do you guys think?

Currently leaning out a little bit, because I got a bit too fat. So it's more like a recomp at the moment

I'm defenitly going to post pictures if you guys are interested! Does anybody know how you can upload pictures?

Another one i use to know in RL!

Really curious what package you'll bring to the atlascup!
Updating with pics is Always nice, i think MTS would like that also.

Like kleine says if gyno flares up switch tren a for parabolan. Your cycle looks nice, but if you want more of a recomp cycle drop the anadrol and switch to an other oral like anavar, winstrol, epistane, lean bomb, turinabol or some mast, primo. Anadrol is a compound that can make you hold a lot of water.

Good luck with your competition, we have to go and train together soon again ;)

I've ordered some parabolan so I hope that problem is solved! not sure about the dosage I'm going to use yet...
about the anadrol, my coach told me I shouldn't drop it because it's really low dosed and it shouldn't aromatize that much.

trained chest today and had a good pump! I really like high intensity workouts to get a good pump! the oxy's really help as well because I take them 90mins pre workout!

Diet is my downfull

Have good gear
Good training/ on a jay cutler routine at the min and loving it
Sleep at least 9 hours a day
No drinking

So just diet to sort..realy got to knuckle down and sort this and stop being a weak ass pussy 😆

My order should be here monday/tuesday I guess, so I"ll be waiting at home like its christmas, but this time mts will be santa :p

Also ordered some t3 becaus I'm getting really lethargic last few days, think tren is the one to blame.
Also wanted to give dnp a try, going to run it 10-14days at 200mg or taper up to 400mg after a few days. Not sure yet, mostly because I haven't got any experience with dnp.

This is why MTS rocks!

The left one was taken 6months ago when I switched to MTS and found out I've been using bunk till then... i was seriously shocked! This is when I started my prep for my first competition

The right one was taken half a year later and 12kg (30lb) heavier!

Hey guys!

Tomorrow I'll switch tren-a to parabolan, if the puffy nips stay I'll try throwing in some proviron.

Also decided to adjust my training, my legs are growing way faster compared to my upper body so I"ll skip squatting sometimes and just do some high rep extensions and curls.

If using tren you will need caber to address your puffy nips trust me. proviron will not clear up this issue. you would be better with arimadex 0.5mg/ed if you find too much on the joints you can lower it to 0.5mg M-W-F but once again get the caber my find it is a must on tren if you want to control side effects of leaking nips and limp dick

MTS have caber at a good price only need 0.5mg once a week and can go as high as 0.5mg twice per week mon/thurs

BTW nice job with your gains you will not go wrong with MTS

you may find the gyno is more from raised prolactin as you already on AI at a good dose so e2 should be no problem try adding caber @ 0.5mg once a week to fix gyno problem also you could consider going for a strong AI such as letro but I still feel you have a prolactin problem so adding caber will be your best bet.

It felt like christmas this morning, when MTS-santa dropped a package :D

Changed my cycle a bit
Bold 500mg ew(equi-max)

Adex .5mg eod (hg arimidex)
T3 25mcg ed (hg thyromel)

Also starting with a short dnp run tomorrow.
When training weaker body parts I'll use some methyltren pre workout (0.5mg) sometimes.

Thanks for the tip! I would defenitly not use stronger ai's than needed. I switched to parabolan thats what i'm going to try first, if that doesn't work caber would be next ofcourse!

Decided not to start with dnp, too heavy for my body right now.

Last few days my skin got a lot thinner and i've kept my fullnes! Really happy with the MTS-parabolan! Tren side effects are almost gone! Feel a lot more relaxed all day and night sweats are less wet[emoji14]really happy the way things are going right now!

I'll be having some spare money every month from now one so I'm thinking of starting with hgh (hg), i've got a good source. but still looking for good ug ones. Wanted go with 2iu ed and combine it with slin (5iu pre workout) while cycling!

Getting veinier by the day, skin gets thinner. I've fallen in love with parabolan :D had para before, but it obviously wasn't from mts because it was bunk... almost al of the puffy-nips are gone just a little bit left so i'm throwing in some proviron i'd left (25mg) don't want to up my ai, because you obviously need some estrogen

Sorry I didn't post that much this week, unfortnunatly I got ill this week:(
But it's almost gone so I got back on track today! Still got 5weeks left to enjoy the MTS-gear! I"ll be doing some recomping next weeks. Macros will be carbs: 427gr fats:45gr and protein: 285

After this cycle I"ll take rest for about 6/8weeks and than I"ll start my prep! Me and my coach want to recomp down so I"ll be in shape about 8 weeks out and than literally GROW INTO THE SHOW!

Thanks for the tip bro, but yeah it's already in the med-mutasion. So it'll just be 2ml's extra to get to 500mg a week, but I might order some extra to up the dose last weeks. Not sure if it's worth it

Hi Daann01,

Personally I would not run insulin pre contest or pre workout at all. It's a storage hormone and regardless of having your carbs in check, in my opinion not worth the risk here. Your stack along with 3g of creatine, electrolytes & plenty of water will take care of your fullness for your workout;)

Same with the GH pre workout. The GH would be better suited to first thing in the morning to combat cortisol levels and get some good fat burning affects going :)

I have reviewed Bio Science GH here (https://mtsboard.com/threads/1367-Bio-Science-GH-Review). In my opinion it is superior to Medtropin ( i've used both)If you were to run 1 kit, it would last 22 days @2iu's ED. Alternatively I recommend 3iu's ED (2 kits lasts 30 days) I have had great results during my growth phase and will be charting progress as I transition into my prep in May.

What will your diet look like for the start of your prep?

People have different ideas/protocols, no right or wrong answers sometimes:) I would only consider insulin for growth phase when you have maxed out size wise on anabolics.

GH alone in low doses is fine, the problems can start if it is used in higher doses consistently, every day for long periods of time. I would recommend 8 weeks on and then a break. Maybe take some time off (1-2 wks) midway through prep and rely on a fat burner before going back on until the last 2 weeks, when it should be removed so you can really see your condition as the water comes off.

Experiment with the GH timing. If you take it pre bed, when it peaks 3 hrs later you may wake up very hungry and have trouble with sleep. This is my experience anyway.
First thing is an ideal time to take, especially on a diet. I do 20-30 mins of cardio upon waking after a litre of water, then GH shot, then breakfast.

The cartridge is double ended(dry powder in one end, 1ml of water in the other).I use a regular pin to inject the water slowly down the side of the cartridge. Do not inject directly onto the powder. GH is fragile once reconstituted. Once the water is in slowly rotate the cartridge until the powder has dissolved. Be gentle when handling it & keep it in the fridge.

You will need to purchase insulin syringes to inject(5 units on the syringe is 2.25 iu's of GH). I alternate side delts towards the bottom of the head.

Diet looks good :)

Did u notice any difference between medtropin and biotropin when it comes to water retention? Ever tried the jenling one?

I'll experiment with the timing and see what works best! Low dose should be enough for me!

Had an awesome leg workout yesterday! Crushed a 250kg (550lb) squat ass to the grass! Second rep failed, didn't get it on video :( next time I will!

Have a few more days left this cycle, I've upped the parabolan dosage to 150mg eod to see how that works out. I've never used more than 100mg eod so wanted to know. Been running 150eod for a week or so, i can already tell you it's too much for me. Shortbreath, bad sleep and everything feels annoying etc.

Really want to thank MTS for their quality gear!
After my cruise I'll start my prep! Can't wait to get on stage again!

Cruise will be 300mg test cyp and maybe some primobolan

Medtropin put more water on me but not in the right places. Biotropin feels 'cleaner' and is basically a stronger, more effective product.

I would like to try the Jins but will wait until after my show, when I get a nice pay rise :)

Been on 200mg of dnp last few days, the side effects are quite awful... sweats, bad nights of sleep and just feel like sleeping all day. Hope it's worth it in the end!

thats dnp for ya, atleast you know its working, body core temp is up and fatburning to the max. dont forget to hydrate like crazy, very important

Almost a week on dnp now, still 200mg but sides are getting bad man. Sweating all day, but for the rest of it it's doable! Weight got down 4kg, more than expected! Workouts are still great, mostly supersets to get a good pump!

Dnp sides got better, less heat and a better feeling! Still a lot of water but who cares. Uped the dose to 400mg yesterday, still feeling okay

Had a few days "off" and went a few days away with my girl, ate a shit load of pizza and had a great time, sometimes that's needed aswell.
Now back on track! Motivation is a110%
Next week I'll get some bloodwork done and have a look if I'm able to start again!
Dnp is over, last time for me I guess. Maybe I'll give it a chance one more time! Time will tell. Now waiting to get the water off and lets see what it did!

If my bloodwork is okay I'll start with a mini-blast for 4weeks! Than I'll start my prep
Next 4weeks: 1.5ml of lean n mean eod so:

I'll probably start with gh aswell.

are you going to increase? sweating is normal, most folks sit in freezing AC and still sweat constantly. and the fat is falling off like crazy, just melting away

I've already stopped the dnp, didn't like it at all. Sweating got worse ofcourse. But wanted to try it out.

Havent been squatting for weeks, because of dnp and a small injury. Started again, strength was bad but i'm going to improve that asap! This time without straps.

Also made some competition plans. Mid october I'll be doing the atlas cup in the netherlands and mid november the iron man in luxembourg!

Had my bloodwork done, everything was as it should be, in 20days so way faster than expected, want to start my prepblast 4weeks earlier to have 4weeks of trying out some things

Thought about:
lean n mean 1ml ed
Primo 6ml ew
And anavar, never had it before!

So that would be:
Test-p 350 ew
Parabolan 350 ew
Mast-p 350 ew
Primo 600 ew
Anavar 50/75mg ed

And wanted to try some tamoxifen as my estrogen blocker, seen it a lot on us boards so wanted to give it a try! 12.5mg eod

Also going to start gh in a few weeks, 2iu ed!

What do you guys think?

Ow and my prep cycle will be:
Week 1-8 (med mutasion)
Test 400-600mg
Eq 600mg
Tren 225mg
Mast 225mg
Primo 600mg
Maybe some proviron and an ai
Hgh 2iu

Week 9-12 (lean xtreme)
Testp 350mg
Trena 350mg
Mastp 350mg
Primo 800-1000mg
Maybe some supertren
Hopefully there'll be halo in stock!

Tamoxifen can strengthen progestogenic activity of tren, so it should not be used with all 19-norT.

Try Clomid or toremifene.

Clomid tijdens een cycle doe ik ook soms. Geeft je free testosteron een duwtje en je merkt het verschil vrij snel. 25 mg/dag is voldoende.
Is niet echt een "Ai" maar doordat je vrije testo verhoogd word heb je minder last van oestrogeen verhogingen.

Dit is heel simpel uitgelegd maar dan snap je al een beetje waarom :D

Heb er al wat research naar gedaan inderdaad! En kwam ook dit uit. Ga even kijken waar dit op uit loopt want had vorig blast ook geen last van gyno op para. En anders wordt het sowieso tijd om wat caber aan te schaffen!

Started my blast today! It'll be around 8 weeks (recomp)

1ml med mutasion eod
1ml primo eod
1ml test-c eod
20mg nolva eod
50mg anavar ed
2iu gh ed

After those eight weeks I'll give my body some rest for about 4weeks and then 8weeks of blasting towards my competition!!

Right now 94.5kg on empty stomach, 9.9% bf and 19weeks to go till my contest! Ideal for a long recomp!

Things are going great, cant wait till I can see the true effect of med mutasion and some added primo! The only side effect of gh I'm having are a little bit of swolen ankles, but thats not that bad, besides that i'm sleeping much better at night which is great ofcourse.

Weight stays around 94-96kg and i'm getting leaner every weak! Ideal

why prebed. if younger then 40 or so it will probably inhibit your natural release of gh. from what i know prebed is mostly for older people who dont secrete hgh so then prebed is perfect tioming to mimic the natural sleep pulses. for fatloss in people before breakfast and for mass pre or post workout

Things are going great lately, physically i'm improving by the day, but mentally its a bit harder this time. Will try some t3 against the gh-lethargy, any advice on that?

some more carbs will help with gh lethargy. also spread the doses out during the day, not all in 1-2 big shots.
