Who am I?
I'm a new sponsored athlete from MTS.
I've competed twice, back to back. I placed 3th at the Atlascup last october and 1st at the Ironman last november.
Both shows I competed in as a junior, but now I'm ready to get serious.
My stats at the moment are:
- height: 172cm
- weight: 89kg
- BF%: 8-10%


This is the start of my "Road to domination of the +90 class"
I've started preparing for the takeover (April 2018) 9 weeks ago.


These past 9 weeks I've been experimenting with a Deca+Sust cycle.
Did pretty standard dosages;
Week 1-8: 400mg deca/week
Week 1-9: 700mg sust/week
Week 1-9: Arimidex a tab EOD


I'm starting my 4-5 week cruise next week on just Test E.
After the short cruise, I'm going IN on my next bulkcycle:

BIG N FULL
Parabolan
Bulkbomb
and probably some Mast E

Me and my coach will discuss the dosages before we start the bulk.


I'm very grateful for the chance that MTS has given me.

Welcome bro! Saw you at the JBC competition together with your coach and Big-J. Really a nice guy with a good physique. Going to follow your log, may the gains be with you ;) but with MTS that will be no problem.

ik ben 23 nu, maar wordt 24 deze zomer.
Trouwens updatetje, de juniorklasse is uitgebreid naar een maximum leeftijd van 24 jaar nu.

I'm planning on doing a BIG offseason in the fall. Me competing? After graduation and finding an apartement + getting a job :p. It will be around Mid/end of 2018. Think it will be +90kg class to right then haha. Just not sure about which kind of competition because i want to be judges without friendship policy like you've seen at the JBC i just got totally fucked...

What comp are you gonna do?

Yesterday legday...don't know what happened but after my warm up, my quads were fully pumped, they were hurting so much each set of squats.
I never start my legday off with squats, I always end my legworkouts with squats, but you guessed it, yesterday was the other way around (maybe that caused the painful pump after my warm up)

(by now i couldn't even stand up straight anymore, i even had trouble with the last 2 reps when i normally do 160kg for 6)

Started the cruise on 200mg test E a week, just a week ago.
Sadly I fell sick 6 days ago so I can't tell if i'm losing any fullness

Only got 1 gymsession in these past few days because of the lack of food, but i'm getting my appetite back since yesterday so time to get my ass back on track.

My next post is gonna be a throwback to my last show, the 2016 Ironman where i won the junior class.

btw...4 more weeks until next blast...this time it's all MTS ftw!! can't wait

I probably wont get this much in everyday, but atleast 5 days out of 7

update: did squats yesterday and completely blew myself away, 180kg x 6!!! new max, proud and sore

took a tab of bulkbomb and ate 400g steak + 150g Ultra fine oats + 75 whey.

weight atm is 90,4kg and getting leaner and bigger!

i'm now on my second week of this full mts powered blast and i'm feeling great on this gear. the only thing slowing me down is the heath, it's like 30°C everyday, it's killing me man.
