Hi i have placed an order and havent received a payment request on my paypal but i have yourselves as a contact shall i send money or wait for request?? Thanks
Paypal requests or any payment requests are done manually.
We are not on the internet 24/7 ready to send payment requests the minute someone does an order.
The sign on the bottom says there is an outstanding payment request. Which is the case if you just ordered, but also in the case if you ordered before and never paid it.
So it does mention on the exact same banner that if you just placed the order, you can ignore the message too.
