Customers who do not pay their invoices within 48 hours of receiving payment instructions will be banned.

If you cannot make a payment, then don't order until you can make the payment.

Usually....

1) Customer places an order
2) From 1-6 hours a payment request email is sent
3) The clock starts from this point....
4) Multiple emails will be sent reminding a customer to pay
5) If the clock passes 48 hours and no payment (especially NO email explaining payment difficulties, mistakes, cancellations), I'm usually flexible and will give 1/2 day to 1 day grace period.

=> The order will cancelled
=> The customer account will be blocked
=> All points are removed

The amount of follow ups and reminder emails multiplied by the number of customers who do this frequently... is seriously time consuming.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE, OR NOT ABLE TO PAY YOUR INVOICE.

I'm OKAY with customers explaining delays, issues, changes, etc... but I'm not OKAY with completely ignoring direct emails, warnings, and reminder emails....

So let's not waste anyone's time here... only make an order if you are able to pay the invoice. Having access to a reliable and trusted source is far more valuable than simply hoping that your small order will be forgotten.
