So I am convinced I have sleep apnea 4 weeks into my cycle. As I am waking up all the time whilst struggling to breath and snoring like a MOFO. Is there anything I can do to help this? Or am I gonna have to come off cycle ?

I am so bloody tired during the day and have no motivation to do anything as feeling tired all day long

Any advice would be great

Thanks

being overweight is probably nr1 reason for apnea. lose bodyfat, do cardio, less carbs, lower bloodpressure, lower estrogen thus water bloat. weight is main reason for apnea in most people

Yeah I get what you are saying. I am sure it’s test related tho as I have read about people on TRT having apnea as a common effect. I am going to take your advice and up the cardio and try to shed some pounds although since starting my lean gain I have actually started leaving up. I am gonna try a mouth guard and see how I get on. But feeling this tired I am considering going natty 😢

its not testosterone related testosterone doesnt have any special negative molecule, its weight and water bloat thus weight related. it can be from dbol or bad food or anything else that increases weight and thus pressure on the windpipe narrowing the space through which air passes. decrease your bodyweight and it will be fully ok.

Sleep apnea can also be caused due to obesity and mental fatigue. In many cases age is also an important factor for this sleep disorder. One of my friends faced a similar problem, he took a long term medication for it and along with the medicines he consulted and took helpful hints (http://www.martine-voyance.com/deontologie/) from voyance pure. The therapy and the healing sessions along with the proper scheduled medicines really helped him. There was a drastic change in the sleeping habits and a more positive mindset towards the situation.

weight is pretty much the main reason for apnea. in vast majority of cases the situation improves by simply losing bodyfat

Neck size!! I’m 6’1 and about 218. My neck is a solid 19 inches plus. Thats why I have it. Always measure neck size for sleep apnea

weight, size, bloodpressure etc all have big impact on sleep and quality of sleep. muscles are great but they can constrict the airways a bit and this feels like choking so keep the neck relaxed and dont overtrain the traps
