View Full Version : Clen + T3 Diet advice

Hi guys,

in 2-3 weeks I will start my next 12-14 week cycle which will exist out of:

- Test E 300mg/w
- Tren E 600mg/w
- Mast E 400mg/w
- Deca 200mg/w

Will kickstart with Dianabol at 100mg/d.

Last two weeks will add 1000iu Pregnyl once a two days.
PCT will be 25mg Proviron, 25mg Clomid, 25mg Cialis and 25mg Tamoxifen for 50 days, longer if needed.

Seeing as the human body itselfs produced something like 25mg T3 (I beleve), I wanted to add 50mg T3 a day to it and 40mg Clenbuterol to it.
Not sure how long I will do it, will be my first time so most likely just a couple of weeks e.g. 1 month. If it really works for me
I will do another run when my body values are back to normal.

My main question now is, as I am adding T3 and Clen to my cycle... what kind of diet would you guys suggest? I am used to eating quite a lot.
Mainly healthy food but not really strictly. Would you suggest me to stay away from oils and butter, steam my food and keep it strictly to loads of vegetables
and eggwhites et cetera (very clean food) or what would you suggest? I read lots of different things on the internet so I am unsure now what to beleve and what direction to take.

Goal is to lose some of that stubborn fat and gain some lean muscle.

Hope you guys can tell me your own personal experiences :)

in losing fat key is keeping insulin low. carbs raise insulin the most so you need to reduce carbs to a level where your body can absorb them and release too much insulin. full on keto is under 20 grams but many or atleats some people can tolerate 500 or even 100 grams of carbs per day. carbs are good fast energy but too much of them is killer for our health and look. stay away from margarine and other crap, eat real butter, whole eggs, vocados, end;less veggies, fish is amazing

Thank you for your reply, good answer as usual eventhough I dont complete understand it (due to my lack of English lol). But brown rice, eggs, oatmeal, chicken, Quinoa, broccoli, beans, yoghurt, spinach, nuts and sweet potatoes are all good? need to get enough eggwites so I dont lose muscle e.g. 3 grams for each kilogram of bodyweight. And then overdo it like in a normal bulk at 42kcal but rather go 2800kcal or so?

yes all very good foods. healthy and low in sugars etc. good fats. protein may not be needed as high.

if you want to cut slowly drop calories or even better increase expenditure by doing more cardio. if you want to bulk less cardio and more of the same quality foods

Do you go as far as to calculate how much cardio you're supposed to do in these kinds of situations, Godzilla? Or can you just sort of wing it?

there is no fixed answer. depends on genetics lifestyle thyroid function metabolism etc. so basically start with 15mins a day and then increases as needed

What is the best to do by the way? use T3+Clen throughout your cycle, use it in the beginning (first month) or use it in the last month months? It will be my first time and therefore I just got enough for 1 month. Just wanted to try it out and see the results. Going for 50 T3/40mg Clen a day.

best is during the cycle, its a longer term project. best is 3 months in general. but if you have for just 1 month then bets in the start to kick the metabolism and fatburning into high gear
