Hi guys,
in 2-3 weeks I will start my next 12-14 week cycle which will exist out of:
- Test E 300mg/w
- Tren E 600mg/w
- Mast E 400mg/w
- Deca 200mg/w
Will kickstart with Dianabol at 100mg/d.
Last two weeks will add 1000iu Pregnyl once a two days.
PCT will be 25mg Proviron, 25mg Clomid, 25mg Cialis and 25mg Tamoxifen for 50 days, longer if needed.
Seeing as the human body itselfs produced something like 25mg T3 (I beleve), I wanted to add 50mg T3 a day to it and 40mg Clenbuterol to it.
Not sure how long I will do it, will be my first time so most likely just a couple of weeks e.g. 1 month. If it really works for me
I will do another run when my body values are back to normal.
My main question now is, as I am adding T3 and Clen to my cycle... what kind of diet would you guys suggest? I am used to eating quite a lot.
Mainly healthy food but not really strictly. Would you suggest me to stay away from oils and butter, steam my food and keep it strictly to loads of vegetables
and eggwhites et cetera (very clean food) or what would you suggest? I read lots of different things on the internet so I am unsure now what to beleve and what direction to take.
Goal is to lose some of that stubborn fat and gain some lean muscle.
