Hi Guys

This is my first post on here, just looking for a bit of advice.
My current stats. 45 years old. 103kgs about 15%bf
Been back into training now over a couple of yrs.
In my late teens early twentys i started lifting. I trained for a good 4-5 years and ended up taking a fair bit of gear and listened to alot of bad advise.
I stopped when i was about 25 and started running. Ive always been in the gym but nothing more than keeping fit and going through the motions.
After a few visits to the docs when i turned 40 my test levels were very low. I ended up starting a low dose of test e which i bought from MTS.
I run bloodwork every 3 months and keep my estrogen in check with arimidex.
Ive done extensive research on the effects of various steroids and am currently cruising and blasting.
My current blast im running is
Test E 600mg week
Masterone E 400mg week
Equipoise 500mg week
Anavar 50mg day
Ive been on a cutting diet the last 13 weeks and have come down from 115kgs so lost a fair bit of body fat.
Im looking great but have lost alot of strength in the gym.
My aim is to get big but with a low BF%
My question is is it better to up my calories and macros and eat clean or keep my calories low to get rid of the BF first.
Ive seen alot of docos about some of the Pros and what they eat each day, its alot. but i guess a big body needs alot of food.
I thought about running HGH at a low dose year round to help with leaning me up.
