Lean gain xtreme

So I started my 8 week cycle of lean gain. Everything is going great seeing results. Was wondering should I take something else with it to do with estrogen levels as I watched a vid and a guy was saying I should be taking other things to help an estrogen rebound????. I take 1ml in my delts alternating every other day.

take an Ai if you want to control your estrogen, do bloodwork regularly

bloodwork in a clinic, i dont know where you are. if in UK go through your GP
