I see the secret to grow is good dose of anabolics mostly DECA. Now after 22 years in Bodybuilding i see the best cycle to grow is test , deca and dbol .

yes deca is always very good for growing quality muscle mass

Most people today only use Test and tren but is not good to put on mass . To grow is test , deca dbol to get shreded test tren winstrol masteron

tren isnt the best for massgain as it burns fat too much and eats everything up what u eat. good old test and deca is a oral like anadrol or dbol is king for mass

yes most people will look great from this cycle and amount, bigger guys can increase test to 1gr to 1.5gr depending on other compounds they are running.
