I always had trouble to fall asleep (can't fall asleep before 2-3am) since I'm kid, even when I'm tired. I tried many combos, when doctors, acuponcture, ect..
The only thing that works "natural" (I exclude medications like sleeping pills, cabbies, ect...) is morning yoga (which also increase my flexibility) and smoking cbd

I actually under estimated it a lot.

It is very complementary for bodybuilding (also if you're competing), well being, energy, flexibility, breathing control,...

This is an amazing stack but for me only gaba and melatonin is enough and of course a carb meal before bed . LOL

Betta blockers reduce your matabolism 50% . If your goal is to burn fat stay away from beta blockers
