Brother if you want real condition go with zero carbs, 2x cardio per day 45min each and do this cycle

Test E 300mg week
Trenbolone 1000mg week
Masteron 1000mg week
Winstrol oral 50mg day
Anavar 50mg day
Arimidex 1 per day
Nolvadex 20mg day
Metformin 500mg morning and 500 before bed
HGH 4ius ED fasted
Clenbuterol 40 to 120mcg day
T3 25mcg to 75mcg day up dosage when needed

Brother you ask me how to get shredded like me . Im doing that not to compete , imagine to compete . Nothing comes easy . people want to look like the athlete but dont want to suffer all to get it . Yes in 2015 i did 12 months no carbs diet and got super shredded , do you think is easy? did not suffer ? bro to get results you need to do what you dont like . Remember with this cycle above and no carbs i got shredded in 4 weeks . Everybody wants quick results but nobody wants to suffer
