Hopefully I have posted this in the correct section.
Pinning daily traps, delts, tricep locations. But Am keen to do chest as another option.

Having done some research bang centre chest looked to be the place. However last time I did this I bruised heavily which lasted about 3 weeks and messed up chest training. So my question is are there better chest locations or was it just virgin muscle reaction due to first time pin there?

Brother why use dangerous spots,

You have alot of good places :
Glutes 3ml
Ventral glutes 3ml
Vastus Lateralis 3ml in 3 different spots
Shoulder 2 to 3 ml in 3 different heads
Triceps 2ml

Why do you need more places ?

You need to inject the meaty part of the pec but sometimes it just lack of overall pec muscle bigger the chest the more the oil will take it

Thanks for the advise guys. Never considered ventral glutes, good call.
Legs always get twitchy for some reason. Do you consider the traps a risky spot?

Yes because to much nerves around neck area , dont like the idea . In past i hate legs but now i love it . And ventral glutes is better than glutes and absorb better because less fat there .
