Crazy strong that’s impressive because 160kg is insanely heavy too and 5 on hammer crazy for shoulders

I don’t think as bodybuilders we need to go past 160kg or 5 plate on shoulder if we get that strong this is enough strength anymore is very risky for injury that’s my goal

But when I see the strongmen lift insane weight it gives me such motivation and drive some strong freaks
