Not only for newbies because i keep seeing many people using arimidex and letro instead of exemestano when exemestano is much better , safer.

I would say, main issue is that can be difficult to get hands on legit exemestane

Yes Aromasin is made by Pfizer and is very rare and hard to get but you have real good generics . But you can go with arimidex because if you are using good dosage IGF plus insulin you will get huge on IGF that taking arimidex will not make huge reduction . Also AI should be used only when needed
