Wondering what supplements and or medication people are using during your cycle. If your doing orals, how are you protecting your liver ? What are you taking to keep your estrogen down ? Etc…

Yes we always try to tell you : "DONT KILL YOUR GAINS", using AI when you dont need it , you need high estrogen to grow , just keep your ratio of testosterone / estrogen much higher on test and you will not have to worry about gyno

To protect liver (Orals): Desmodium
For Estrogens: I use Proviron (ON and OFF), to keep a balanced level Test/E2.
Like MTS Head Coach said, you need Estrogen to grow. If you crash your E2, you will crash your gains.
I use Adex or Letro if E2 is too high (blood work) or If I start getting gyno

High prolactin: Dostinex, but only if level is high (blood work), it's like E2, you don't want to crash it

High blood glucose level (from HGH): Insulin, metformin, Berberin, chrome
