Lipotropic Factors is a specialised combination formula of Choline, Inositol and L-Methionine.

Choline is a water-soluble micronutrient which supports the process of metabolizing fats (lipids) into energy. Transporting fat, both cholesterol and triglycerides, from the liver to the cells in the body also requires choline and it is responsible for keeping the liver clear from fat build-up.

Choline further contributes to:
• Normal homocysteine metabolism
• Normal lipid metabolism
• Maintenance of normal liver function

Inositol, also known as Vitamin B8, is another water-soluble structure and it forms a component of every cell membrane in the body. It functions in a similar way to choline. Inositol, although technically not an essential B vitamin because it can be synthesised in the body, is still a very important nutrient.

L-Methionine is an essential amino acid playing an important role in the making of proteins and peptides. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and are needed in several internal functions of the body. They are classified as “essential” or “non-essential”, with essential amino acids meaning they cannot be manufactured by the body and must be supplied in the diet to maintain good all-round health. Amino acids can be further used by the body to create hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters, antibodies and nutrient carriers.

If you have bad liver enzimes you dont absorb the food and also your hgh dont convert to IGF. Always try to keep your liver healthy.
