Many times we’ve pushed weight but even if your getting reps when your pushing massive loads you loose all contraction feeling your now gripping so tight other muscle groups come into it injury niggles happen elbow knees shoulders lower back etc it takes years too change your training but feeling the muscles is absolute key controlled squeezing

When you first begin naturally progressive overload get stronger but once at a certain strength there is no need unless you want too powerlilft

Tendons ligaments takes years to strengthen you jump on a blast and push too quick pop snap or tendonitis begins

Now it’s still mad and motivational seeing guys lift massive weight but for our goal of muscle cut that back and feel the contraction everyone that does mostly low volume progressive training never makes progress lacks muscle

Volume is key frequency I’s key recovery is key diet is key hormone stack is key too be able too train this way do not tax your cns and watch yourself explode

Mind conection cames with time , you need to be focus on what you are doing and also love what you do to squeeze every reps with control and passion like a act of sex .
Check Nick Walker training when he begins lifting super heavy focus on reps and weight , and see know is lifting heavy but super control reps like a machine . This guy is a big exemple of perfect bodybuilder , the way he trains , he eats and recover all day.

Darek on last video with him tell a huge truth " we should never push to the failure and never go to extremes because we will not recover, he said maybe o offseason one session or 2 per week push more but only if you can recover as normal in 2 days .
