Green tea a huge benefit to drinking this

short explanation

Not only does it have a good host of health benefits from antioxidants it’s also improves fat loss by increasing metabolism study’s have shown a massive increase in 6 percent this is a good amount the main active ingredient in green tea providing this benefit is catechin

For the maximum benefit get in 6 tea bags per day I drink 3 cups each cup having 2 tea bags and all prior too the gym as it does contain caffeine which also speeds up metabolism but can effect sleep later on so timing caffeine for me is more ideal and preferably before the gym added benefit the extra boost in energy and performance from the caffeine
