Hey guys.

Since I’ve reduced carbs (for comp prep), my digestive system is getting extremely slow, actually getting constipation.

Any tips?

What I’m taking already:
-probiotics
-digestive enzymes
-apple cider vinegar + lemon
-glutamine

Baking soda 1tsp before meals and mix with apple cider lemon glutamine in the morning

Darren already tell all . You can also use MK677 and improves digestion and hunger
