What would you make

Here is mine


a good homemade shake

skim milk 600ml
4 egg whites
60g oats
10g chia seeds
collagen powder 10g
chocolate or strawberry nessquick 15g

good amount of protein healthy fats and taste good

60g protein
75g carbs
14g fat

I'm lazy. I just buy a shake from the supermarket 50g Protein.
I tried to do shakes... .and I only got fat.

500ml egg whites
500ml rice milk
2 tabs peanut butter
50mg honey
20ml xarope cholate hersheys
2 banamas

If you want to go big eat big not like a kid Darren :D

Well, I would say it depends, adding fat will increase the calories, but it will slower the digestion of the shake
