Just to get into better shape not to compete or anything I currently go to the gym 4 times a week diet is ok could be better am not young have taken quit a few cycles over the years tbh I’m only two weeks in and can see changes already best stuff I’ve taken in years

What I’m taking test cyp and eq every 4 days 100ml of each got primo as well not decided if I’m gonna fire it in at end 200ml a week for last 5 weeks maybe 300ml and last 3 weeks either that ir get some some more primo and do 300 for last 5 weeks with the cyp and eq

You would need to run Primo longer than 5 weeks, as it is an Enanthate Esther.
