my 1st cycle, help

Okay, ive been reading profusely for the past 2 weeks on making the leap. Im considering a test cycle to start with, but need help on PCT and everything that comes along with keeping myself safe. Ive read different things people use for PCT, and even during cycle. So can a mod, or someone show me exactly what i should run and when im supposed to take it? Thats where the confusion is coming in. I never see exact times on when to start what.

After that post up your stats and write down your cycle you plan to use.
