First cycle, 300mg test e done in two 150mg doses each week spread evenly. Honestly after the first couple weeks I felt a difference in libido but after that I’ve seen no visible difference tbh that I would say is cycle related… I’ve now done 12 weeks at this. Should I go off and do PCT now then go again at higher dose? or should I just up dose to maybe 4/500 and do longer to get some proper results? I know this isn’t a high dose cycle anyway so I know I wouldn’t see mental gains but I’m very underwhelmed lol

Also I’ve had no side effects at all (negative ones) have just seen increased libido and very minor strength gains but I could even say they’ve just been from the 12 weeks in the gym and not the gear!

Sounds more like diet related you got a boost in libido that isnt gym related that’s increased hormone levels

You’ve expect to look like Arnold for a first cycle which takes genetics and years of cycles and dedication in the gym and eating

There is 100 reasons you feel that way and from your post not being experienced

Well I definitely didn’t expect to look like Arnold but I definitely didn’t expect to be looking at myself 12 weeks in wondering if the test has done a damn thing 😂 I will increase the calories, cheers 👍 So would you recommend going straight into that 500 cycle? Or PCT and short break?

Pct short break honestly you can’t blame the test it’s the best around it’s definitely diet related or training

Must be diet, training is solid but I could definitely say i could be eating more! Cheers
