Tb500 for shoulder impingement

Has anyone used tb500 for recovery? My mates have advised to use it as I've been out the game for months now from rotator cuff injury. 4 months and no recovery my gp gave me a steroid inj which helped for a few days

Injected bpc157 into the tendon cured mine. Isometric and stretching.
