Feedback Appreciated: Thick Blood Results
Been on a low dose of Test for 5 years at 160 dose per week.
Update:
Latest blood test indicated blood was too thick and creatinine high.
Currently:
Been advised that daily dose of Nattokinase - Omega 3 - Gingo Biloba would thin my blood out.
I would prefer to NOT dump blood in order to thin out.
Question: Any feedback and/or guidance to thin blood out thru supplementation or other?
Thank you and appreciated!

I am not an expert on this and I'm sure there are other people that know more (accurate) information. I will just talk from personal experiences.
The only true way to resolve this is to donate blood periodically.
In my case, so I checked what was the value in my blood that was way off and it was super high iron. I don't know if this is associated or related to thicker blood, though I have been using kurkuma (tumeric) at 500mg per day, which I bought from amazon. This is supposed to be the best natural way to drop iron levels. Probably not related to your issue, though high iron levels can contribute to thickening of the blood, which is caused by taking test.

firstly when you donate your red blood cells increase much quicker again
arb prevents it going up as in completely prevents it proof from my bloods on 2gram test
According to a 2012 study, ARB users had a significant reduction in RBC count compared to calcium channel blocker (CCB) users. The study also found that ARB users had a significant reduction in hemoglobin and hematocrit

For red blood thickness, what I recommend (I personally use):
-20mg telmisartan daily
-baby aspirin daily (prerably preworkout)

Yeah that’s the best arb you can get
Your haematocrit at that level is a stroke waiting to happen. I am not being dramatic. That is what the clinical data says. Donate blood immediately. If you cannot donate for some reason get a venesection prescribed. Stop the blast until it is below 50. No compound on earth is worth a cardiovascular event.

Haematocrit at that level needs to be addressed before you continue your cycle. Donate blood as soon as possible - this is the standard first intervention. Most blood donation centres accept donors who are on TRT as long as you are honest with them. After donation wait 2-3 weeks and retest before making any other changes.

I always do bloodwork at 6 weeks into a cycle. This is when steady state is reached and results are representative of how your body responds to the protocol. The haematocrit level in the original post would concern me also. Blood donation is the most effective intervention and has the added benefit of helping others.
Donate blood mate. Seriously, just do it. Haematocrit over 52 and you are asking for a stroke. I give every 12 weeks regardless of where my levels are. Takes 20 minutes and sorts it every time. Anything over 55 and you should be stopping the blast immediately and getting to a GP.

cheers for sharing this mate, helps newbies like me understand what to actually look for in bloodwork. my haematocrit was fine last check but LDL was a bit elevated. GP was not worried but i know the gear is the reason. started fish oil daily since then, will retest in 8 weeks

When reading a full panel, haematocrit and LDL are the two I watch most closely. The hemoglobin to haematocrit ratio tells you whether it is a plasma volume issue or genuine erythrocytosis - the interventions are different. Your testosterone to SHBG ratio also tells you more about bioavailable test than the total number alone.
