Trestolone acetate is a synthetic anti-cancer compound that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in animal models. It is an estrogen receptor modulator that binds to the estrogen receptor and inhibits its activation by estradiol. Trestolone acetate has also been shown to inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β), which may be due to its ability to act as a growth factor for immune cells. Trestolone acetate can be used for the treatment of degenerative diseases or bowel disease, such as Crohn's disease. This drug also has a beneficial effect in inflammatory diseases, such as IBD, and autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis. The effective dose is 10 mg/kg body weight per day given orally.

MENT is powerful. Very powerful. We keep stock because demand is real. If you are running it, 25mg EOD is plenty. Go higher and you are asking for E2 problems. Have caber on hand.

MENT has the most anabolic-to-androgenic ratio of any clinically studied compound. Practical experience: it works exactly as advertised but E2 management is demanding. Have multiple tools available, AI and SERMs both. At 50 I am not running MENT anymore but for someone in their 30s who knows what they are doing, the results justify the complexity.

MENT is one of the few compounds that can suppress the HPTA without test backing owing to its ability to activate androgen receptors at the pituitary level. E2 conversion is extremely high, AIs are mandatory. 25mg EOD is a sensible entry point.

The endocrinological profile of MENT is unusual in that it bypasses reductase conversion. It does not convert to DHT and therefore does not cause prostate growth via 5-AR. It does aromatise at approximately three times the rate of testosterone. The receptor binding affinity is 2300% of testosterone. HPTA suppression is complete and rapid.

MENT is a serious compound. Respects it means managing the oestrogen properly from day one. Good results when run correctly. Not for beginners.

MENT is an interesting option I have read much about but have not yet tried personally. The gynecomastia risk is significant according to most who have run it - the progestogenic activity combined with high aromatization makes E2 management absolutely critical from the beginning. Would be interested to hear from anyone who has run it alongside test at a sensible starting dose.
