Hi, I know Med-tech do not sell this or “skinny jabs” but does anyone have any experience with them? And anyone know a reputable source to purchase in the UK? Really struggling with appetite on my cut and any help I’ll gladly take!! Thank you

Triple agonism of GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptor is a genuinely novel mechanism. The clinical trial data shows fat loss superior to semaglutide with better lean mass preservation due to the glucagon component increasing energy expenditure. For those who can obtain it, the fat loss applications are real.

The peptide market has changed dramatically in the last few years. For contest prep in the final 8 weeks the fat mobilisation from triple agonists could genuinely replace clen and T3 stacking. The muscle sparing effect is real.

Phase 2 data: Retatrutide at 12mg weekly showed 24.2% body weight reduction over 36 weeks in obese subjects. The glucagon receptor agonism component drives energy expenditure beyond what GLP-1 and GIP alone achieves. For a lean performance athlete the application is acute pre-competition fat loss phases only.

The phase 2b SURMOUNT trial data: glucagon receptor agonism provides approximately 8-10% additional weight loss over matched GLP-1 and GIP dual agonism via increased thermogenesis and hepatic glucose output suppression. The concern for muscle-prioritising athletes is the catabolic potential of sustained glucagon elevation. I would use this only in the final 12 weeks before competition with high protein intake maintained.

The GLP-1 drugs are a real paradigm shift for what is possible with fat loss in older enhanced athletes. I have been watching the retatrutide data carefully. The triple agonist mechanism gives a meaningfully different efficacy profile compared to semaglutide. The guys who will benefit most are older athletes who have accumulated body fat that diet and cardio alone will not shift anymore. Not a shortcut, but a legitimate metabolic tool.

the oz customs situation makes GLP-1 availability unpredictable here but when you get the genuine product the results are real. lost 8kg over 12 weeks on tirzepatide last year. not a replacement for diet and training but as an adjunct tool it is legitimate and the clinical data backs it up
