Hey guys I don’t compete anymore but getting back in proper shape for my wedding in 12 weeks, I’ve been dieting down since Jan and dropped about 10kg but sitting at bout 19/20% bodyfat, I just got some of your clen and anavar and was going to run them to help, would you recommend holding off on the var until the bodyfat comes down more? I was going to run it for 10 weeks starting at 50mg and ramping up to 100mg ED do you think 10 weeks is to long or dose is to high? Also do you split your var dose up daily or just take with meal 1 can’t really take it pre workout as I train at 4:30am so don’t want to get up earlier to pop a pill lol have clomid for post cycle as I know test will probably crash on var only

Hey jaysmith, welcome back to training mate.

At 19-20% you are fine to start the anavar now, its a cutting compound so it will help while you are dieting down. No need to wait for lower bodyfat.

50mg is a solid start. You can bump it to 80-100mg after a couple weeks if you are tolerating it well. 10 weeks is fine for var, some guys run it 8-12 with no issues.

Splitting the dose is ideal because the half life is around 9 hours so twice daily keeps blood levels more stable. But taking it all with your first meal works too, plenty of guys do that. Dont stress about taking it at 4:30am.

Clen do the standard 2 on 2 off protocol, start at 40mcg and work up. Dont go above 120mcg.

Clomid 50mg for 4 weeks PCT is the standard approach. Good call having that ready.

12 weeks is a solid window, you should see good results with the diet and those compounds together. Just keep the diet tight and dont rely on the compounds to do all the heavy lifting.
