View Full Version : China raw ban actually hitting supply or just noise so far?

The situation with Chinese raw exports is becoming interesting. In Germany I notice certain compounds are harder to find and prices for finished gear have gone up 10-15 percent in last few months. Nandrolone decanoate in particular is harder to source. I am curious if this is happening elsewhere. Is it real supply disruption or labs just using ban as excuse to raise prices? Also interested if anyone knows of reliable alternative raw sources being developed.

It is real and it is hitting certain compounds harder than others. From what I can tell primo raws and some of the more niche stuff like DHB are getting harder to source. Test and deca seem less affected so far because those supply chains are more established. Labs using it as a pricing excuse are definitely out there though - hard to know who is legitimate about it.

Primo and var are the ones I am hearing about most. Some labs already out of stock on certain products. Whether it is the ban or just opportunistic pricing is hard to say but the supply is definitely tighter. Makes a case for sticking to simpler compounds that have more reliable supply chains.

Down here in Aus we are seeing price creep on finished products, around 15-20 percent on some things over the past few months. Nandrolone and oxandrolone are the ones getting harder to find. Test seems fine still. The good labs who stock properly are fine for now but if this goes on another 6 months it could get genuinely tight.

The supply chain disruption appears genuine based on what I am tracking. Chinese manufacturers have been the dominant source of pharmaceutical raw materials globally for decades - the concentration risk was always there. Some Indian manufacturers are stepping up production capacity but the quality consistency and scale is not yet comparable. Expect 12-24 months before meaningful alternative supply chains are established. Practical advice - if you have a trusted lab, stock up on your core compounds now.

Stocking up is good advice. I topped up on test e last month partly for this reason. Reputable labs who source properly are going to be fine for a while but the smaller ones buying hand to mouth might struggle. Worth staying loyal to labs you trust right now rather than shopping around for cheapest price.

Florida here - prices on everything have crept up at local sources. Nothing crazy yet but the direction is clear. Labs that were super cheap before are either raising prices or going quiet on certain compounds. Keeping my cycles simpler this year, just test and maybe mast. Less exotic compounds means less exposure to supply issues.

NYC sources are definitely seeing price increases. Primo in particular. Was around 80 a vial from my usual guy, now 105 and he is saying supply is uncertain. Test is still available and priced normally so far. Anyone running exotic compounds right now should be thinking about plan B or just simplifying their next cycle.

This is concerning for me as a beginner because I wanted to try different compounds in future cycles. So the advice here is to stick with test and simple compounds for now? Also which compounds are most likely to remain available - just enanthate and cypionate?
