Keeping injections private when traveling, how do you manage?

Stupid question maybe but I travel a lot for work and sometimes need to pin at the hotel or public changing room. I try to be discreet but I always worry someone will notice. Do you guys just pin at home always or have good strategies for being discrete when traveling? Not looking to discuss it openly, just practical tips welcome.

I travel a lot too and always pin at the hotel room before going out. Keep everything in a toiletry bag that looks unremarkable. Sharps in a small hard-sided case. Never had an issue crossing borders with a travel supply if it is packed discreetly in checked luggage.

Hotel room is the easiest option. Take a sharps disposal bag and deposit it at a pharmacy when you can. Most pharmacies in Europe will take used sharps no questions asked. Never had anyone notice at a hotel in years of traveling.
