Finally jumping into gh after years of just doing gear. Starting at 4IU per day, morning fasted. I have read everything I can find but experience beats theory. What were your first noticeable changes? Expecting the water retention to hit early. Anything to watch out for that people don't usually mention? Running alongside test at 400mg and 200mg deca.

At 4IU you will notice water retention in weeks 1-2 particularly in hands and wrists. Carpal tunnel sensation is common early on and usually resolves after 4-6 weeks as your body adjusts. The longer term changes to body composition and recovery come after 3-4 months, not weeks. Managing expectations early is important.

The water and the carpal tunnel are the early signs it is doing something. Sleep quality often improves too, which is a welcome side effect. Keep the injection timing consistent - morning fasted is fine. Some people split the dose but at 4IU once daily is perfectly effective.

Fasting timing makes a difference. Tried pinning post workout and felt the effects were different. Stayed with morning fasted in the end. The finger numbness will come and go, just massage the hands before bed if it wakes you at night. Good luck with it.

How long are you planning to run it? GH really starts delivering its best results from month 4-5 onwards. Short runs of 3 months are common but you lose the compounding effect. Minimum 6 months is worth the commitment if you can manage the cost.
